MANAGE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE
Please call the surgery to make an appointment with a GP, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant or other member of the practice team.
All GP appointments are for 10 minutes. If your issue is complex or there is more than one matter you’d like to discuss please ask to book a double appointment.
Please report any difficulty with making appointments at our practice either to your GP or our Practice Manager. We rely on your comments to optimise our service to you.
Booking an appointment online
Please consider registering for Patient Access – this service allows you to book your own appointments securely online. Find out more on our PCN website or speak to a member of the reception team who will be happy to help you set this up.
Booking an appointment with a named GP
If you would like to see your own doctor, you will usually be able to do so by booking an afternoon appointment in advance.

Text reminders
We use a text messaging service as a secure way of quickly communicating with patients. If you would like to use this service contact reception for further information.
Extended hours services/telephone consultations
We offer Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments on a Tuesday morning from 7.30am. We also provide telephone consultations with a GP on either a Monday or Tuesday evening between 6.30–7pm. These appointments are only bookable in advance (see above)
Better Access
Patients who are registered at this practice can now pre-book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on a Saturday morning between 8.30am–12.00 noon. This is not a walk-in service and will be held at a different surgery. Please speak to a receptionist to find out more or to book an appointment

Online consultations are available. Click here to use this service.
Home visits
Wherever possible we prefer to see patients in the surgery but, if a home visit is necessary, requests should be made before 10.30am to help the doctors plan their day.
Urgent calls will be attended immediately.
Out of hours
If you need help outside our business hours, the answer phone message will give you the details you will need to contact an out of hours doctor.
Our receptionists answer the telephone during business hours Monday to Friday; at all other times there is a recorded message which will ask you to contact another number – please have a pen and paper handy.
Call NHS 111 for medical problems that will not wait until the surgery is open.
Dial 999 in any life-threatening medical emergency.
